AHS Colt Band Family,
It is hard to believe that school starts tomorrow and the first football game is right around the corner. In order to best prepare our parent volunteers we will have a volunteer training on TUESDAY, August 29th at 6:00pm in the Band Hall.
If you plan to volunteer with Chaperones, Water Crew, Drum Draggers, Feed the Band, Trailers or in any capacity plan to attend this meeting.
We will also have the Parent Volunteer Shirts and nametags available for those that have ordered them. You will need both of these items in order to volunteer.
As a reminder you must be an APPROVED volunteer with AISD. If you have not completed your volunteer application AND sent in a copy of your drivers license please do so now.
We look forward to seeing you on the 29th.
