Volunteering is Rewarding!
It is incredibly satisfying to be part of the Arlington High School Colts Band Booster Club!
Not to mention all the friends you'll make but meeting your child's friends and watching his or her growth is the greatest "Boost" to being in the Band Booster Club.
There are many jobs at different times of the year. From chaperoning, loading and unloading instruments (drum draggers), to feeding the kids and helping with heat relief to name just a few. If you love the Rangers, working at the ball park is another way to get connected and raise money for the band.
Join us today!! It'll be unforgettable and you'll be glad you did!

It's that time of year again!! We are gearing up to start the 2018 Texas Rangers Baseball season! Yea, Go Rangers!!!
As you know, this is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we really need everyone's help to make this year a success. We will be working the El Fuego nacho stand this year, which also has an additional beer window (with great tips) and an air-conditioned back room! This stand will require 1 manager, 5 TABC cashiers, and 4 workers to help prepare the nacho helmets.
Anyone age 16 and over can work and you do not have to be an approved volunteer. You can bring your family, friends, neighbors, etc.
We are looking for people to serve as stand managers and TABC cashiers. Manager training will be provided! To serve as a cashier or manager, you must be TABC certified, which can be completed online at www.tabcpermit.com for $10.99. You will also need to take a 1.5 hour Delaware North Alcohol class offered at the Ballpark that provides the house rules for serving alcohol. Managers are responsible for counting open/close inventory and money at the end of the game. It is actually a lot of fun with a great team of people to help you out! We need to enlist the help of more people willing to be mangers. We can even help out with "shadow" managers so you're not just thrown in to fly solo! I am attaching the training schedule for the TABC Delaware North Alcohol class. If you are TABC, please consider managing just one or two games to help out! Manager training will be March 3 and March 24 at the Ballpark. Please let me know which training date works best for you so that I can get your name on the list.
We are asking that everyone commit to at least two games per block. You can bring your brother, sister, mom, dad, neighbor, friends -- make it a family affair!! It is a lot of fun and getting to know everyone outside of football games is even more exciting. I am attaching the the sign-up genius link so sign ups can begin. Please come join in the fun and help supports our AHS Colts Marching Band! As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me anytime!
